FormaMente is a charitable association founded in 2025 with the aim of providing educational support to employees of Gruppo Ospedaliero Moncucco SA and their families, to people who work on behalf of the Moncucco SA hospital group, and more generally to healthcare in the Canton of Ticino.

Requests for support must be sent using the appropriate form, completed with the required documentation, by the deadline indicated in the competition announcement, to the email address: formamente@1291ib.ch.
Applications are submitted to the association’s board of directors, which is responsible for deciding on the allocation of financial support.
